Salary & Benefits:

Up to $3,340.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Data, Tech and Systems Development

Work closely with other divisions and sector partners to develop the next generation system for holistic family services service delivery.
Pilot tech and AI tools with service providers.
Study ops data workflows.
Generate ops data.

2. Capability Building

Develop and implement initiatives to build capabilities of service providers.
Develop, review and implement competency frameworks and manpower strategies to support service providers in specific sub-sectors.

3. Partnership and Engagement

Implement engagement and change management platforms, handle event logistics.

4. Others

Perform adhoc duties when assigned by supervisor.

Key Requirements

Degree/diploma in any discipline, preferably experience in social work in youth, family or protection settings and/or experience in change management for tech adoption and system development
Good data management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Keen interest to leverage on tech and data
Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
