Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging eLearning materials, including interactive modules, visual content, and multimedia elements.
• Create visually appealing graphics, layouts, and user interfaces that enhance the learning experience.
• Transform existing training content into digital eLearning formats.
• Review and adapt content to ensure it meets eLearning best practices.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend appropriate eLearning authoring tools, digital platforms design software, templates, and other necessary resources.
• Conduct testing of eLearning modules and document design process, specifications and guidelines.
• Perform related administrative tasks such as liaising with partners/vendors (if required).

• Degree in Design, visual communication
• Microsoft office, design (e.g. Canva), digital learning (e.g. Articulate Rise), good design skills
• Good communication and teamwork
• Skills in visual design and experience with eLearning authoring tools or digital learning platforms or Knowledge and experience in designing and developing eLearning materials, including familiarity with digital learning platforms and design principles
• Good visual design skills with some understanding of user experience principles
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
