Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Crisis Shelter Operations: Maintain consolidated records and statistical updates for crisis shelter clients. Track client placements and manage monthly expiry notifications. Coordinate extension processes and ensure timely submission of required documentation. Liaise with stakeholders to secure appropriate residential placements and resolve operational concerns.
2. Crisis Placement Programme Management: Process applications and extensions for placement programmes. Maintain comprehensive case tracking systems and manage discharge procedures. Coordinate with residential homes and partner organisations to facilitate client placements and address any arising issues.
3. Reporting and Data Management: Conduct quarterly verification of programme records and hospital utilisation tracking. Prepare monthly statistical updates on child placement data. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting requirements.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain professional relationships with crisis shelters, residential homes, partner organisations, and internal teams. Handle ad-hoc requests and provide support as required to ensure smooth programme operations. Assist in engagement with FAs for foster parents.
5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support including document preparation and filing Maintain accurate records and databases. Handle routine administrative tasks and support team operations.

• Diploma or Degree in social work, Sociology, Psychology or Data management
