Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- $3,160.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including handling enquiries, maintaining case records and meeting support.
- Maintain team database via case management system or Excel. Provide support in data/stats reporting.
- Provide support to SCA team in conducting preliminary assessment on possible risks and needs of the child and parent (e.g. child protection concerns, domestic violence, social assistance, counselling) and make appropriate referrals to agencies (e.g. Protection Specialist Centre, Family Service Centre).
- Provide support to SCA team in arrangements for the safe return of the child.
- Provide support to SCA team to develop and implement operational processes for the SCA’s operations.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in relevant fields Law, Social Work, Psychology or a related discipline from an accredited institution
- Empathetic with high level of emotional resilience and ability to work calmly in stressful situations and environment
- Tenacious and nimble in handling difficult clients and/or situations
- Enjoy teamwork and able to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment
