Headcount Needed: 1 Pax (Full Time)

Salaries and Benefits:

• $3,160.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Support in processing new SCFA applications

• Receive applications online from a system;
• Assess applicants’ eligibility for student care fee assistance (SCFA), Start-Up Grant (SUG), holiday charges, and process applications via SSNetOne for supervisor’s approval.
• Speak to applicants/SCC (where necessary) to request or verify specific information for the application;
• Enter information into SSNetOne/Case Central;
• Recommend whether to approve or reject the application based on the assessment

2. Submit application for approval by Approving Officer.

• Support the adjustment of existing SCFA subsidies
• Process withdrawal applications and process refund of subsidies; and 
• Process appeal for higher subsidies/Attendance rate waiver.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Key Requirements:

• Able to understand and apply guidelines, workflow and other instructions in the scheme’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) when processing the applications
• Familiar with and able to use IT systems and processes confidently
• Has good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Need to have an eye for details
• Be diligent and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Able to manage time well, and have good problem-solving skills
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills to communicate with clients, student care operators, parents, and relevant parties; and
• Able to work both independently and be a team player to deliver prompt service.
