- Up to $2,760.00 per month

- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist SA officers with administrative duties involved in the processing of clients’ for financial assistance, according to the eligibility criteria, operational and audit guidelines set out by the client;
- Perform administrative tasks such as keeping up-to-date records and ensuring the information is captured accurately and promptly in the system;
- Assist SA officers to obtain documentation from the clients;
- Assist SA officers to refer, where relevant, the clients to other support and resources;
- Ensure proper documentation for families who have applied for assistance, including case notes, social reports and supporting evidence;
- Support SA officers with the procuring process and submission of consumables; and
- Accompany SA officers for home visits where necessary.
