Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salary & Benefits:

$3,160.00 per month
Comprehensive insurance coverage
Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and enhance ISP programmes dashboards.
Do requirement gathering and come up with an FGO dashboard.
Maintaining of ISP/FGO programmes masterlists.
Upkeep data integrity and provide data insights and trend analysis to support service and policy planning.
To read casefiles, reports and other relevant document for data coding.
To maintain an up-to-date database by obtaining information from relevant officers.

Key Requirements:

Degree qualification
Good communication and teamwork
Skilled in using Microsoft Excel to provide data insights
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Knowledge in data management, statistical analysis, and/or data visualisation
Will be required to assist in data management of pre-court diversionary programmes e,g. Integrated Service Providers (ISP) and Family Guidance Orders (FGO)
