Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $3,160.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Refer and assign cases to relevant MCP agencies
- Undertake creation of MCP cases on data systems
- Upload referral documents and email correspondence on data system
- Undertake administrative closure of MCP cases on data systems
- Contact systems team to raise issues regarding the system
- Extraction of MCP data request
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification from an accredited institution
- Prior experience in the social service sector is an advantage
