A key aspect of your role involves supporting the development and implementation of the functional competency frameworks across various job families, including liaising with subject matter experts to identify role-specific competencies, documenting competency definitions, and proficiency levels.
You will support the administration of 360-degree feedback processes, including coordinating feedback cycles, managing the distribution and collection of feedback surveys, liaising with participants and raters, compiling feedback reports, and supporting debrief sessions.
Your role involves supporting career development activities, including career conversations, mentoring programmes. Administrative duties include maintaining learning management systems, tracking participation and completion rates, preparing reports and presentations, and managing programme materials and resources.
You will also provide logistical support for learning events, handle queries from participants, and assist in evaluating programme effectiveness through feedback collection and analysis.
- Possess a degree in human resources, organisational development, psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. The candidate must demonstrate discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive feedback and assessment data. Strong analytical and research skills are required to support competency framework development, along with the ability to synthesise information from multiple sources and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required, and familiarity with 360-degree feedback tools, competency frameworks, or learning management systems would be advantageous.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in learning and development, talent management, competency development, or event coordination would be beneficial.
