Salaries & Benefits:

• $3,000.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise, plan and execute digital and physical public programmes for the Client to promote content and engage a wide spectrum of target audiences.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement programmes plans, including content curation, event management, collateral design, publicity and data analysis.
• Design outreach strategy to understand and connect with audience needs, and increase their awareness of the collection, programmes.
• Manage staff, administrative tasks and programme operations.

Key Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, programme development, community engagement or similar projects.
• Resourceful; willing to experiment, work with limited resources and able to build strong networks with partners.
• Familiar with using digital platforms and tools, such as design and video editing.
• Proactive and meticulous with excellent time management, project management, analytical and written skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required to work outside of office hours and/or on weekends.
