Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $4,700.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Content Development & Digital Presence
- Develop and implement content strategies across social media platforms and website
- Create engaging storytelling content showcasing programmes, people, and impact
- Manage posting schedules and ensure consistency across digital channel
2. Internal & External Communications
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to deliver communication outputs
3. Strategic Communications Support
- Support publicity and amplification initiatives through targeted communication efforts
- Assist in media releases, stakeholder communications, and event publicity
4. Brand & Editorial Support
- Ensure consistency across all communication materials
- Perform editorial reviews to maintain quality and alignment with brand guidelines
5.Crisis Communications Support
- Assist in executing crisis communication protocols during critical incidents
- Work with senior stakeholders to support reputation management efforts
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or related field. Candidates with relevant professional experience and demonstrated competencies may also be considered.
- Understanding of digital media landscapes and social media platforms, with experience managing organisational social media accounts
- Proficiency in content creation tools and basic analytics platforms
- Professional communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Creative thinking and collaborative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or content creation
- Experience in education, youth development, or non-profit sectors
- Familiarity with government procurement processes
- Experience with crisis communications support
- Existing relationships with media contacts
