Salary & Benefits: 

• Up to $4,816.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage 
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service 
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service 

 
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement volunteer management frameworks.
• Facilitate volunteer activation and deployment processes.
• Manage volunteer recruitment and selection processes.
• Conduct volunteer panel interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding for new volunteers.
• Organise volunteer engagement, cohesion and appreciation initiatives.
• Review and enhance volunteer management practices.

• Support psychological first aid efforts.
• Facilitate morale management and staff well-being initiatives.

• Review and enhance victim care programmes and initiatives.
• Work with management to provide professional consultation and recommendations.
• Support organisation-wide victim care initiatives and other related functions as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant Degree (preferably with good honours or higher) in Psychology.
• Experience in victim support or related care services would be preferred.
• Work experience in psychology, counselling, social work or related behavioural sciences would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with public sector or law enforcement environments would be an advantage.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
