Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $4,816.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement volunteer management frameworks.
- Facilitate volunteer activation and deployment processes.
- Manage volunteer recruitment and selection processes.
- Conduct volunteer panel interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding for new volunteers.
- Organise volunteer engagement, cohesion and appreciation initiatives.
- Review and enhance volunteer management practices.
- Support psychological first aid efforts.
- Facilitate morale management and staff well-being initiatives.
- Review and enhance victim care programmes and initiatives.
- Work with management to provide professional consultation and recommendations.
- Support organisation-wide victim care initiatives and other related functions as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant Degree (preferably with good honours or higher) in Psychology.
- Experience in victim support or related care services would be preferred.
- Work experience in psychology, counselling, social work or related behavioural sciences would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with public sector or law enforcement environments would be an advantage.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
