Headcount Needed: 6 pax

Salary & Benefits:

• RM 400 (Night Shift) / RM 550 (Graveyard Shift)
• Completion Bonus

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the curation of marketplace content & perform quality checks on the legitimacy of the listings
• Ensure compliance with Intellectual Property (IP) laws based on brand complaints and the authenticity of listings in the marketplace
• Document content management processes and policies and work on continuous improvement
• Work with the team to handle listing inquiries and troubleshooting of listing-related issues
• Undertake project work as required & any initiatives identified based on business needs

Key Requirements:

• Shift Arrangement:
  • Morning: 10am-7pm 
  • Evening / Night: 4pm-1am 
  • Midnight / Graveyard: 1am-10am
• Working arrangement: Work from Home
• Remarks: Employees are required to attend training physically during the 1st week (5 working days) of work.
