Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $6,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. User Interface Design – Design visually appealing and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems that maintain consistency across products. Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
2. User Experience Design – Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviours. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform design decisions. Develop information architecture and user flows that optimise the user experience across multiple touchpoints.
3. Design Process and Standards – Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and component libraries. Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design. Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.
4. Collaboration and Communication – Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions. Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior management. Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback constructively.

Key Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Experience with user research methodologies and analytics tools.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and design thinking methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams
