Roles & Responsibilities:
You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and participant engagement through the following:
- Manage and resolve escalated enquiries from programme participants and clinical partners regarding application processes, rewards, and other programme-related matters.
- Support recruitment initiatives through coordination of corporate roadshows and vendor management, while facilitating effective participant onboarding and engagement.
- Provide first-line support for the digital platform and troubleshooting assistance to users.
- Serve as the liaison between the programme and partners, effectively triaging and routing programme-related enquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
- Monitor and validate programme deliverables, including participants’ rewards communication to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and document programme feedback for continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or customer service.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent customer service orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships independently.
- Proficiency with troubleshooting capabilities and comfort in providing first-line technical support.
- Good digital literacy and an aptitude in learning new technologies
- Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in healthcare programme operations and engagement with partners is an advantage.
- Familiarity with health applications, wearable devices, or digital onboarding processes is an advantage.
