1. Monitor and track LumiHealth programme
- Ensure proper documentation of supporting documents for following weekly reports
- Ensure accuracy of reports and monitor on a regular cadence (weekly, monthly)
- Access QuickSight dashboard to monitor enrolled, activated numbers
- AppStore on download numbers – weekly reporting to Apple
- Track customer feedback trends through customer satisfaction surveys
- Transfer files/inputs between Box and Sharepoint
- Simplify UI/EX for an enhanced customer experience
- Summarise changes in App versions
- Seek internal stakeholder’s clearance/approval for release of latest app versions
- Keep external stakeholders informed of progress updates of app version releases
- Coordinate internal stakeholders schedules for fortnightly meetings
- Book meeting venues
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings with senior management when required.
