Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full time)
Salaries & Benefits:
- $2,600.00 per month
- Completion bonus will be given
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support project administration for leadership programmes
- Coordinate Action Planning workshops for HODs
- Provide administrative support for EES-related activities
- Support MOM intranet operations, including migration, user guides, and troubleshooting
- Organise workshops, meetings, and events including HOD Forums and 360 feedback projects
- Plan and coordinate event logistics
- Manage venues, room bookings, set-up, and tear-down
- Procure services and liaise with venue providers, event companies, and caterers
- Prepare materials and manage workshop logistics
- Support campaigns for the Client’s refreshed Mission, Vision, Branding, and Core Values
- Create simple eDMs and posters for internal communications
- Assist with employee engagement activities
- Schedule meetings and check availability of participants and rooms
- Manage HRD subscriptions, track usage and attend to requests for Pigeonhole, Mentimeter, Zoom, and Kahoot
- Provide general administrative support
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – including powerpoint, word and excel and web design
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision, tight timelines and is meticulous at work.
- Ability to use illustration and video editing tools, such as Canva/ Capcut/ other video editing software would be preferred.
- Experience in handling systems and/or events management would be a bonus.
