Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $5,000.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordination with all stakeholders on the design and equipping of the room.
• Responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, developing planning proposals, evaluating proposals regarding calm room and storeroom works.
• Oversees the fitting out, commissioning and testing and taking over of calm room on completion of construction.
• Review design and architectural, structure, mechanical and electric plans to ensure adequate provisions for calm room are made for the construction.
• Oversees the appointment of consultants, and contractors including calling tenders and awards.
• Controls to ensure that all contract specifications and performance standards are achieved for calm room

Key Requirements:

• Recognised tertiary qualifications in Property & Facilities Management
• Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage
• Strong leadership and communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts
• Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal
• Passion and interest in sport.
