Salary & Benefits:
- $4,020.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinates with all relevant stakeholders on the design and equipping of calm rooms across all Sport Centres.
- Responsible for carrying out feasibility studies, developing planning proposals, and evaluating proposals for calm room and storeroom works.
- Oversees the fitting out, commissioning, testing, and formal taking over of calm rooms upon completion of construction.
- Reviews architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans to ensure that adequate provisions for calm rooms are incorporated into construction works.
- Oversees the appointment of consultants and contractors, including the calling and award of tenders.
- Exercises controls to ensure that all contract specifications and performance standards for calm rooms are met.
- Any other adhoc assigned duties.
- Experience in FM Maintenance Management and procurement knowledge would be an advantage
- Relevant qualifications in Property & Facilities Management
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Good working knowledge and understanding of maintenance and contracts
- Ability to multi-task and inspire people at all levels towards a common goal
