About the Company: 
Our client strengthens community engagement and leadership through a nationwide network of grassroots organisations, Community Clubs and development initiatives.

Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $4,500.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

• Coordinate and administer formal appointment of Safety Champions.
• Organise Community of Practice for Safety Champions.
• Promulgate safety advisories whenever high-profile safety incidents happen, or unhealthy trends are detected.
• Support supervisors to analyse and document Serious Incident Reports.
• Support supervisors to conceptualise, track, and administer customised bizSAFE trainings for Safety Champions.
• Support supervisors as Point-of-Contact for Safety Champions. 

• A degree holder and a fresh grad is preferred.
• Certification in WSH, bizSAFE and /or ACLP is added advantage.
• Prior experience in internship/work experience in safety management, policy development, and/or training management and e-learning would be a distinct advantage.
• Strong analytical and research skills to study safety practices
• Facilitation and presentation skills for conducting briefings
• Strategic thinking to develop frameworks and propose practical safety measures
• Creative communication skills with ability to translate technical safety concepts into engaging content
• E-learning development experience and familiarity with learning management systems
• Understanding of adult learning principles for developing effective training materials
• Passion for workplace safety and genuine interest in creating safer work environments
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
• Proactive and self-motivated approach
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail whilst maintaining big-picture perspective.
