Headcount Needed: 1 Pax (Full Time)

Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $14.00 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:Assist in planning and coordinating the department’s office relocation from Level 8 to Level 5.

• Compile and maintain inventory listings of office assets and materials.
• Categorise assets and prepare documentation to support tracking and accountability.
• Pack, label, and organise office materials including stationery, registry files, corporate gifts, and equipment.
• Oversee and support the physical movement of office items during the relocation process.
• Manage and track keys and access systems during the transition.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas in the new Level 5 office.
• Prepare documentation and listings to ensure smooth operational readiness post-move.
• Provide general logistical and administrative support to ensure a seamless relocation process.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Perform basic data entry in MS Excel, Word
• Good organizational capabilities
• Good communication skills to oversee and direct movers and/or removal services
