Roles & Responsibilities:
You will assist in the daily tasks of the Quality Service Unit for the Client, including:
- Addressing clients’ queries over the phone and via emails
- Attending to walk-in clients
- Providing administrative support to the QS team as needed
- Any other duties assigned by the QS Manager
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline. Candidates without a diploma but with relevant work experience will also be considered. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to work with multiple IT systems
- Good communication and writing skills; must be proficient in English. Fluent in Malay language is an advantage
- Organized with good time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Passionate about serving the community
