Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $8,790.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain digital and physical records in compliance with organizational policies.
- Ensure proper classification, storage, and retrieval of records.
- Respond to user and administrative requests promptly and accurately.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and bugs reported by users.
- Assist in pre- and post-migration activities, including data validation and user acceptance testing.
- Provide operational support during system transition phases.
- Conduct user briefings and training sessions on system usage and records management processes.
- Update communication materials, user guides, and training documentation.
- Assist in ad hoc projects and division-wide programmes as assigned.
- Support management in secretarial duties, including scheduling and documentation.
- Perform any other division-related tasks as required.
- Required Work Experience:
- Hands-on experience in handling IT systems and applications.
- Experience in account servicing or user support.
- Background in records management (digital and/or physical).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and tools.
- Strong sense of service and user-centric mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and think ahead.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
