About the job
Our Client is responsible for the registration and regulation of medical practitioners in Singapore. Committed to upholding high standards of medical practice and professional conduct, our Client oversees the registration and licensing of doctors, administers continuing professional education requirements, and maintains the standards of ethics and competency within the medical profession. Working closely with healthcare institutions, government agencies, and industry stakeholders, our Client plays a key role in safeguarding public confidence and supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare in Singapore.
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to $22.23 per hour
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process applications for registration and other related applications in accordance with established procedures.
- Handle requests to update registrant particulars, change employers, and reprint certificates.
- Process and verify incoming source documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain accurate registration records and update information in the relevant systems.
- Ensure applications are processed in a timely manner while complying with organisational policies and guidelines.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve application-related queries and discrepancies.
- Provide administrative and operational support for registration-related activities.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Meticulous and confident individual with good analytical and writing skills.
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Possess initiative and positive work attitude, ability to multi-task with good time management and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Administrative experience preferred
