Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,800.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Charger Registration – Process charger registration applications, including the handling of exceptions and edge cases that require additional follow-up.
• Charger Type Approval and Registration Label and Mailing Operations – Manage label-related applications, including printing of letters and packing of registration marks for mailing to applicants.
• Inventory Management – Track and maintain inventory of operational supplies (e.g. labels, envelopes) to ensure smooth and uninterrupted registration operations.
• Record-Keeping – Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records to support regulatory and administrative functions.
• Public Enquiries – Address registration-related feedback and enquiries from members of the public in a clear and professional manner.
• Refunds Processing – Process refund requests, if any, in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with established procedures.
• Compliance Inspections – Assist in periodic compliance inspections at non-restricted access locations as part of the client’s enforcement efforts.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge in any discipline
• Able to work independently and manage routine operational tasks with a high level of attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills, particularly for handling public-facing enquiries
• Comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and digital systems
• Prior experience in regulatory, operations, or administrative support roles is an advantage
