About the Company:

Our client manages Singapore’s State land and properties, oversees land registration and surveying, and develops geospatial infrastructure to optimise land use and value.

Salary and Benefits:

$15.00 per Hour
Comprehensive insurance coverage
Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide operational support in the verification of imaged documents.
Coordinate the delivery of documents to authorised representatives.
Amend data records and update relevant systems.
Catalogue documents and conduct inventory of documents/items in storage.
Perform other ancillary operational and administrative duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

Relevant experience in administrative, operations support, records management, or document processing will be an advantage.
Meticulous and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle document verification and maintain accurate records.
Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
