Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $4,200.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the development and implementation of research projects
- Conducting data analyses to address queries from stakeholders
- Conducting literature reviews
- Assisting with focus groups and interviews
- Performing data entry and transcribing audio/video recordings
- Setting up and maintaining databases and data visualisation dashboards
- Monitoring data collection progress
- Verifying the completeness and quality of data and ensuring data security
- Assisting in documentation of work processes
- Preparing and presenting research updates to stakeholders (E.g., slides, reports)
- Designing infoposters, presentations, and other dissemination materials for corporate functions and capability-building purposes
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the reporting officer
Requirements:
- Keen interest in working in the social service sector
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related social science discipline
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
- Understanding of intermediate-level statistical analyses (e.g. completion of relevant university-level statistics or data analysis modules)
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work independently across multiple overlapping timelines and deadlines
Preferred:
- Prior relevant research experience
- Experience in literature reviews, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and reporting findings via slides and reports
- Proficiency with Excel and data analysis & visualisation software (e.g., SPSS, R, STATA, PowerBI)
- Experience in digital communication or design (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, CANVA, Piktochart, video editing, etc.)
- Experience with online data collection platforms (e.g., FormSG, Qualtrics)
- Interest in working with rehabilitation and protection populations
