About the Company: 

Our client safeguards Singapore’s borders through immigration and checkpoint operations, while administering national registration, passports, immigration permits and border enforcement.

Salaries & Benefits:

• $3,300.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Draw on knowledge of psychology and behavioural sciences to support conceptualization of and conduct applied research studies as required.
• Conduct literature reviews and write reports on research studies as required.
• Collect and analyse research data
• Communicate research findings through presentations and training platforms (e.g. classroom, seminars)
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to facilitate research requests
• Providing publication related support
• Archive research processes and outcomes as part of the organisation’s knowledge management efforts.
• Ensure no lost and safeguard of official documents.
• Any other duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• At least a bachelor’s degree (with honours) from a recognised course/ programme in psychology (preferred) or any field of study
• 1 year of work experience in psychology/ related behavioural sciences is preferred
• Good writing, analytical and communication skills
• Good team work skills
• Basic understanding of statistics and proficiency in the use of statistical software
