Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- Up to $14.20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in listing and writing detailed scope for each file using the National Archives of Singapore (NAS) template for appraisal.
- Coordinate with external vendor to digitise files and track the progress and ensure all tasks are completed according to timelines.
- Support quality checks of digitised documents.
- Follow up on disposition actions for each file to ensure timely resolution and closure.
- Updating of file records in the File Tracking System
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Provide administrative support in conducting checks on handphone
- reimbursement claims for accuracy.
- Review, verify, and cross-check documentation to ensure all reimbursement claims meet the standards.
- Liaise with officers to provide telco bills for verification.
- Maintain accurate records and files related to handphone reimbursement checks.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain records of procurement transactions and ensure proper documentation is in place.
- Monitor and track budget utilisation
- Assist to liaise with vendors/officers on the printing of authority cards/name cards.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Organise and coordinate staff briefings/ engagement sessions.
- Collate staff feedback and concerns.
- Create eDM updates of renovation progress
- Coordinate workspace moves and temporary relocations
- Coordinate disposal and movement of furniture/equipment
- Track and monitor renovation timeline and deliverables
- Provide secretariat support for meetings/engagement sessions
- Any other duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in any administrative field/business management or equivalent
- Candidates with relevant job experience will have an advantage.
- High level of organisation and attention to details.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or project support is preferred but not required.
