Salaries and Benefits:

• $2,580.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Communicate course placements and schedules to participants through digital platforms
• Upload and distribute course materials in a timely manner
• Prepare and issue course certificates using Letter SG
• Coordinate visitor access, including security clearance and parking arrangements
• Set up training venues, including laptops and AV equipment configuration
• Manage logistical arrangements, including packing and transporting collaterals
• Coordinate catering and meal arrangements for events and courses
• Procure routine services and raise purchase orders for existing contracts
• Monitor and track supplies to ensure availability and prevent shortages
• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and facilities
• Support ad-hoc programme delivery and operational requirements
• Assist with design and publicity work as needed

Key Requirements:

• Diploma holder or equivalent qualification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in digital tools and basic office software
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Flexible and adaptable to ad-hoc operational needs
