Job Descriptions:
As a member of the Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) Department in the Corporate Division, you'll play a vital role in advancing Tote Board's Mission and Vision towards a Caring & Resilient Singapore. Join us in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, driving excellence in our L&OD initiatives. In this capacity, you will play a key role to:
– Manage the day-to-day Learning & Development (L&D) administration and operations encompassing end-to-end coordination of F2F and digital L&D programmes, which includes course registration, procurement, logistics, event management support and post training activities such as evaluation)
– Ensure all L&D activities adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
– Maintain accurate records and documentation relating to L&D activities.
– Monitor the quality of learning administration delivery and provide feedback for improvement.
– Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the L&D department.
