Salary and Benefits:
- Up to $3,500.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Programme Development & Delivery: Support to design, deliver, and evaluate public, educational, and outreach programmes for Battle for Singapore at Reflections at Bukit Chandu and Changi Chapel Museum, ensuring alignment with the institution’s mission and engagement of diverse audiences.
- Event Management: Organise and oversee a variety of events for our Client’s GEMS division, including workshops, seminars, and exhibitions, ensuring smooth execution and positive participant experiences.
- Volunteer Coordination: Support the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers, fostering a motivated and effective volunteer community.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external partners, community groups, and educational institutions, building and maintaining strong relationships to enhance programme reach and impact.
- Administrative Support: Manage administrative tasks including data management, reporting, and budget tracking related to programme planning and execution.
- Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Institution.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Background: A degree or diploma in History, Humanities, Education, or an equivalent discipline.
- Experience: At least one to three years of proven experience in programme development, event management, or community outreach, preferably within the heritage or cultural sector.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
