Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Human Resource)

Salaries and Benefits:

• up to $4,000.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement capability development programmes and employee engagement events (e.g. townhalls), including the design and organization of effective employee-centric communication.
• Support HR operations including onboarding, and other employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the end?to?end L&D cycle including programme curation, vendor sourcing, enrolment, and post?programme evaluation.
• Assist in implementing HR systems/process improvements to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned, contributing flexibly and adaptively to the broader goals of the HR department.

Key Requirements:

• Relevant HR experience in HR development, learning and development, or employee engagement
• Good stakeholder management and communication abilities
• Excellent coordination and project management skills to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Knowledge in marketing collateral design (e.g. Canva) will be an advantage.
