Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $28.40 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and execute environmental engagement and outreach programmes / campaigns in collaboration with internal line departments and external stakeholders.
- Support the planning and coordinating of key national outreach campaigns and programmes for various corporates and NGOs, to promote environmental ownership and garner participation e.g. Clean & Green Singapore, Say YES to Waste Less, Return Right etc.
- Support the relationship building and managing of a network of key partners from the 3P (People, Private, Public) sectors, to identify and broker mutual collaborations with corporate partners to develop environmental outreach and partnership programmes to involve the community in taking actions for a clean and green environment. The focus is on promoting environmental action by corporate partners, in support of key environmental protection topics.
- Track and monitor progress, KPIs, resources and conduct reviews of environmental outreach programmes / platforms for continuous improvement.
- Maintenance of corporate database and support the team with managing the appointed vendor for corporate engagement.
- Support the planning and organisation of divisional events and projects (e.g. Clean and Green Singapore etc).
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Preferably with 1 – 2 years of working experience in outreach, engagement and partnerships. Experience working with corporate and NGOs would be an advantage.
- Experience in stakeholder management, project management, events management and vendor management.
- Keen interest in environmental protection and working with the community, especially corporates and NGO sectors.
- Excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
