Salary & Benefits:

• $14.00 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with programme team and vendors to oversee and support the following aspects of the study: 

• Recruitment process (i.e., selection, scheduling, enrollment and onboarding of new participants) 
• Daily study administrative processes 
• Engagement of participants and supporting the Cohort 

2. Management team in dealing with participants complaints and queries. 

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent 
• Possess a minimum of 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience 
• Has relevant hands-on experience working with vendors and running research studies/large scale programme management 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Ability to multitask, work independently as well as part of a team 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
