Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $6,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process grant claims against funding guidelines, including reviewing claim amounts against supporting documents.
- Liaise closely with grantees and internal stakeholders on grant-related matters, where required.
- Monitor and review audit report submissions required from grantees, and coordinate with relevant parties to clarify findings in submitted audit reports.
- Raise invoices in the financial system for payment disbursement to grantees after claims are endorsed.
- Prepare and submit reimbursement requests to fund sponsors and monitor funds receipt.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation on disbursements and receipts for grant projects.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports to track key indicators for grant administration.
- Provide support for any other ad-hoc projects or matters within the Finance Department.
- Any other ad-hoc duties.
Key Requirements:
- Education in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
- Minimum one year of work experience in finance operations, administration or a related field.
- Familiarity with government grants or research funding frameworks would be an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication and collaboration skills for engaging both internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and private companies.
- Proficient in preparing and organising financial data, including billing computations and reconciliations, to support accurate reporting and invoice processing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and meticulous especially when handling financial data and documentation.
- Organised and systematic, ensuring all correspondences, decisions, and supporting documents are always properly filed and traceable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
