Salaries and Benefits:

• $17.00 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Site searches for upcoming centres to ensure accessibility and coverage. This would include identification of sites , updating/verification of sites and working with our client on the suitability and availability of site.
• Management of staging of sites. This would include compiling project specifications and site mapping information for publication, and to work with our client/centres on providing necessary information such as floor plans.
• Site assessment which includes area and demand analysis e.g., check for existing assets in the sub-region, sector bundling status and check if additional centres is required based on demand projection and prevailing centres planning parameters.
• Finance matters, which include tracking of funds download from government sectors for co-funding, disbursement of funds to centres (for centres programme funding, centres pre-ops, etc), submitting budget requests and progress updates, and audits (for information, based on the latest update from division, several eldercare programmes.)
• Performance monitoring via 3/6yr reviews leading to contract renewal 
• Tenancy renewals 
• Issuance of pre-ops funding for Senior Care Centres 
• Drafting and issuance of Letter of Award (LOA)

Key Requirements:

• Must be able to work independently with the ability to think critically and write well.
• Ability to communicate and work well with stakeholders.
• Preferably degree holder with >3 years’ experiences in ops /finance /admin work.
