Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salary & Benefits:
- $3,340.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be involved in the processing of schemes to support lower-income households
- Screen applicant to see if applicant is currently on ComCare assistance or has received the same assistance from other agencies
- Manage and assess appeal cases or cases where there are errors in the auto-processing flow, and verify details against relevant documents and screenings
- Put up recommendation to Approving Officer
- Monitor and track scheme application numbers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Key Requirements:
- Experience in casework, case management or social service would be an advantage.
- Interest in working with vulnerable persons, including lower-income households.
- Strong interpersonal, administrative, and computer skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with members of public.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
