Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)

Salaries and Benefits:

Up to $13.64 per hour
Comprehensive insurance coverage
Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

Migrate examination materials into a digital platform.
Format and prepare content according to system templates for bulk upload.
Troubleshoot simple technical issues during the upload and implementation process, and escalate more complex issues to the vendor for resolution.
Assist with the setup of system infrastructure to ensure proper organisation and mapping of materials.
Handle various file types including text and image-based content.
Maintain accuracy and quality control throughout the migration process.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation.

Key Requirements:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work in fast-paced environment
Able to manage multiple workstreams/timelines
Proficient with Microsoft word, excel and power point
Able to respond to enquiries from stakeholders over the phone or over email, as needed.
Experience with database systems or content management platforms would be advantageous
