Salaries and Benefits:

• $2,170.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

Arrive on time to inspect and if necessary, prepare the testing venue

• Check:
  • Test stations/computers are working
  • Correct online system is loaded
  • Seating arrangement matches candidate list
• Verify and match attendance list and assigned assessments using
  • NRIC / Passport / official ID
  • Name against registration list
  • Assigned assessment/test module
• Handle late arrivals / no?shows according to SOP
• Issue candidate instructions and seating allocation.
• Relocate candidate if there is any hardware issue
• Ensure right test is launched and provide login details / access codes (if applicable)
• Confirm candidate understands instructions before starting
• Monitor candidates throughout the assessment
• Enforce exam rules:
  • No cheating / collusion
  • No unauthorised devices or materials
• Ensure all candidates:
  • Submit test properly
  • Results consistent with system
  • Log out of system
• Update and provide provisional license for candidates who passed the test
