Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,700.00 per month
• Completion bonus will be given

• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot address declaration errors. Retrieve and process requests from employers, homeowners and property agents to troubleshoot errors encountered and assist with address declaration related transactions. Work with technical team when necessary.
• Provide advice to members of public on (i) rules for migrant worker housing, (ii) proper procedure for address declaration, and (ii) navigating e-Services and online tools to submit declarations accurately.
• Meet service standards for processing requests — calls within 3 days, email/FormSG within 7 days. Triage and prioritise requests and manage urgent cases promptly.
• Suggest improvements to online resources (including website and online forms) to encourage customers to self-help and reduce workload.
• Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned.

• Front-line customer experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office outlook.
• Good report writing and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Able to independently propose appropriate course of action in processing cases with unique circumstances
