Salaries and Benefits:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct design research on business problem or opportunity to, draft research scope including user research and market research, execute research plan, and document report.
- Design and implement responsive, accessible UI components for LaunchPad.
- Ensure seamless integration of UX principles into front-end development, taking into account the preferred platform for website development.
- Apply Interaction Design on LaunchPad where user stories are translated into flows and wireframes to understand users and the design brief, visualise and design key user flows, pathways features and critical interaction elements, and recruit users and conduct user reviews/ surveys, usability testing to refine/iterate and identify pain points as well as key features for LaunchPad 2.0 to have.
- Apply insights to improve platform navigation, discoverability, and engagement.
- Create compelling EDMs, banners, and design elements for LaunchPad campaigns and LAUNCH! programmes.
- Maintain consistent branding and enhance visual storytelling for innovation initiatives.
- Work closely with product manager, developers, and content manager.
- Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX related work
- Experience in conducting user research – qualitatively and quantitatively.
- Strong grasp of interaction design, visual design, and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Ability to create visually appealing assets for digital campaigns.
- Understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to drive user research and lead co-creation workshops to achieve specific outcomes.
- Interest in proving concepts and value by developing storyboards and prototypes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to present ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
- Sharp analytical mind and astute design judgement
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in UI/UX work
- Preferably experience with crowdsourcing platforms or community engagement tools.
