About the job
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements;
- Assist in the issuance of policy adjustment, member movement;
- Responsible for premiums computation and experience refund;
- Ensure tax invoices/endorsement schedules/medical cards are issued timely;
- Liaise with direct clients/intermediaries on employee benefits related queries via phone calls or email;
- Ensure the accuracy of records entries & proper documentation;
- Understand the workflow and to work with Section Head on identifying areas of improvement for operations efficiency;
- Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Lead;
- Take accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks;
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks; and
- Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Key Requirements:
- Good time management, good analytical skills, detailed-oriented and pro-activeness;
- Task and results oriented, and a good team player;
- Mathematically inclined and with good communication skills;
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. The job requires significant data sorting and manipulation;
- Proficient in other Microsoft Office applications;
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork; and
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
