Joyce Lim brings over 20 years of experience in the recruitment industry, with a strong track record in both agency and project-based outsourcing environments.

Before joining CGP Personnel, Joyce spent seven years with a leading workforce solutions provider, where she managed large-scale government outsourcing projects, overseeing high-volume hiring initiatives of up to 800 headcount. Prior to that, she held a 360-degree recruitment role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant for over 13 years, supporting a wide range of clients, from local SMEs to global MNCs, across various industries.

At CGP Personnel, Joyce is responsible for planning and executing recruitment activities for all outsourcing projects, ensuring manpower fulfilment in line with client requirements and SLA commitments. She leads and guides a project recruitment team, ensuring that candidates placed are well-matched to both operational expectations and tender specifications.

Joyce works closely with operations, training, and human resource teams to deliver customized hiring solutions that support successful project deployment and workforce sustainability.
